Public workshops are open for direct registration. Individuals and small groups can choose a course and date below, then self-book online—no group booking is needed.
Organizations and professional groups can also request a private live-online workshop. For Static-99R or Static-2002R, private bookings generally require at least eight participants or a minimum workshop fee of $2,000 CAD, plus applicable tax. Other courses and formats are quoted separately.

Static-99R
Choose Static-99R when you need training in the ten-item static
actuarial instrument used to estimate relative sexual-recidivism risk
for adult men in its intended population.
Static-2002R and BARR-2002R
Choose Static-2002R when you need training in the 14-item static
actuarial instrument for sexual recidivism and BARR-2002R for general
and violent recidivism among people with a history of sexual
offending.
STABLE-2007 and ACUTE-2007
Choose this workshop when your role involves comparatively enduring,
potentially changeable needs or conditions and recent, potentially
rapidly changing indicators in assessment, treatment, case management,
or community supervision. Participants should already understand sexual
offending and structured risk assessment and should be competent in an
applicable Static instrument.

attendee’s role. - Every live session listed for a delivery is required.
- Enter a separate certificate name and email address for each
attendee. - Student places are limited and require eligibility
confirmation. - A course certificate records the stated attendance or completion
outcome. It does not itself establish professional scope or independent
competence. - Use the private registration field to request an accommodation
follow-up; do not place accommodation details in shared organizational

Are all workshops live?
Yes. The workshops are delivered live on Zoom. Asynchronous
pre-training work may also be required.
Do I have
to attend every date shown for one course?
Yes. When a delivery lists two dates, both sessions are required.
Are prices in Canadian
dollars?
Yes. Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars before applicable
tax.
Can one purchaser
register several attendees?
Yes. Enter each attendee’s certificate name, email address,
organization, professional role, admission type, and selected
workshops.
Can one attendee
take more than one workshop?
Yes. The registration process can assign one named attendee to
several courses and apply eligible pathway pricing.
What
is the difference between an attendance certificate and a completion
certificate?
An attendance certificate records that the attendance requirement was
met. A completion certificate records attendance plus the course’s
published completion standard. See the relevant course page for
details.
Does
registration or certification establish competence?
No. Competence depends on the person’s professional background,
scope, knowledge of the current manual, supervised or quality-assured
practice, and organizational or jurisdictional requirements.
